Nice but not luxury

Overall, the hotel is nice. The pool is lovely and everywhere was clean. You are about a 12 min drive from the old town and under 100k through Grab for a taxi. The big beach is about a 20min walk away. There are some nearby shops, pubs, restaurants too albeit your choice is very limited. Bed was comfy and room was spacious but feels lacking in thought when it was designed from a practical side of things. Couple of annoying/disappointing things about our room: - Bedside tables are miles away from bed so not usable - TV didn't work well and wasn't easy to use. Couldn't cast to the TV despite it claiming we could. - There is a Worldwide plug behind the kettle but not beside the beds which is where most people charge their phones - Bath needs resealed - lots of mould and mildew building up on the seal - Shower was ok, very little water pressure - bath/shower combo is a nightmare to get in and out of. Accident waiting to happen. - the blind to close the window in the bathroom is pretty gross - in room safe didn't work so couldn't use it - you have to close the wardrobe in a very specific way to get the light to turn off - check out process takes forever - breakfast is ok but definitely not luxury - hotel lobby's are a bit sterile feeling - if you are facing the river, be warned that the karaoke parties from the nearby pubs are LOUD We had a fine stay but did feel the hotel didn't meet our expectations unfortunately.

Excellent

Overall everything was excellent. Exceptionally clean everywhere and staff very friendly. Spa was good too and lovely girls. We had a Villa and was great for our family as boys were grown up. If you have younger children I would go for a family suite rather than Villa as one room was separate. But would highly recommend to stay here.

The hotel is new with great facilities. Staff are really friendly and helpful. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family with an older teenage child as the bedrooms are completely separate and joined by an external staircase. Our son loved the independence. The fishing village close to the hotel in nice but there is very little otherwise and we caught teh transport into Hoi An in the afternoon - a 20 mimnute ride.

One of the most beautiful, welcoming friendly hotels I have ever stayed. The staff are so lovely and respectful and very accomodating. View of the river is beautiful. Have shuttles available for transport to hoi an town and free bicycles available. Only takes a enjoyable 15 mins to ride. Hotel is also beautiful, very clean and spacious, great food and great spa. Swimming pool is massive and enjoyable. I could not fault this place. Looked after us so well, that well I could of stayed and we had already stayed 10 days. Great hotel will definitely go back again

My partner and I chose to spend Christmas at the Bellerive and it was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. There was even a Christmas Eve dinner celebration which was great fun! The hotel is brand new, so the rooms are perfect, the bed is super comfy and the pool is amazing. The spa is also fantastic - highly recommend the aromatherapy massage! On top of all this, the staff are what makes this place truly special. They are so friendly and accommodating. Every morning, during the free breakfast service they would ensure you had a enough coffee and food to start your day. We would love to stay here again next time we're in town. Huge thanks to the Bellerive team who made our stay so memorable!

エクスペディアで少し割高な現地決済のプランで予約しました。それにも関わらず勝手に予約時のクレジットカードで決済をされました。本当は現金で決済する予定でした。 理由を聞いたら、マネージャーからおかしな説明を受けました。とても不信感を感じました。 スタッフやマネージャーの知識が不足していると感じます。 そもそも現地決済できないのであれば割安な事前払いプランを選択したはずですのでこれは詐欺ではないでしょうか。 また、施設で猫や犬を飼っています。 動物アレルギーなので非常に不快でした。 5星ホテルのクオリティーではないです。 絶対にお勧めしません。 プールも最悪です。 まるで市民プールのような騒がしさで全く入る気が起きませんでした。 最後に朝ごはんですが これも最悪です。 ビュッフェだったので席に荷物を置いてキープして席を離れました。 しばらくして戻ると別の人が私の席に座っていました。携帯を置いていたので盗られるリスクもありました。5星ホテルなので安心だと勘違いしていました。

가족 연인끼리 오기 좋아요 2023년 3월 기준 오픈 1년 조금 안된 것 같더라구요 3룸 빌라 이용했는데 3개방 전부 독채 입니다. 조경도 너무 예쁘게 되어있고 오픈 초기라 그런지 사람도 없어 너무 쾌적합니다. 풀도 굉장히 넓고 얕은 곳은 1.2m, 깊은 곳은 1.8m까지 있습니다. 조식은 종류도 많고 맛있는 편 입니다.
