The location was great as it is close to the center (15 min walk) or a few minutes to the tram (we loved riding around Graz on the tram and even used it to visit our friend in the hospital). "Hotel is easy to reach. Check in is somewhat difficult. Only 2 computers available when no Staff is available. Parking is 12€, which is rather expensive. Room was nice and clean. Pressure in the shower was very low. Overall, good hotel for a break while traveling further to Slovenia or Croatia"
