Our stay was nice. The room was clean, but there were some things missing, like soap and other things. Fortunately the hotel offers access to toiletries for all guests, so you don't have to contact the receptionist. The location is great, quite a few shops accessible by walking. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel structure. The kitchen was okay, but the utensils and dishes were a little dirty. The bed was comfortable. The balcony doesn't have any barrier between the other room's balconies so you can see other guests.

We stayed here for the 1st time in april on our way to Greece. Very nice hotel, such nice beds, great staff. After 22.30 you can use the side entrance which leads straight to the parking lot. If needed there is also a garage. In August we had a small appartment with kitchen. It has a separate closet area and large bathrooms. Would recommend highly.

A delightful and very homey establishment. This location is remote and there are not a lot of dining choices but the pizza joint on the premises is pretty good. Some rooms also have kitchenettes and with the supermarket next door its great for families. Also has laundry facilities. The location is a bit of a hike from the city of Graz but if you have transport then its a great place to stay. We were here for the F1 Grand Prix and thank goodness we could organise transfers as public transport is limited and would take a while to get to town. I loved this little hotel.

Compared to last year, a change in a very bad direction. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The room was dirty, with a torn curtain. The bathroom was dirty, with wet, used towels lying on the floor.

En arrivant, jetais déçu car je pensais avoir une kitchenette dans ma chambre. La chambre était petite. Il avait du savon mais pas de produits de toilette. Il y avait seulement 1 rouleau de papier de toilette. Le déjeuner était bien. Le service de réception sympathique. Le resto sur place est un plus car ils offrent des pizzas sans gluten qui était vraiment délicieuse.

Ich hatte leider ein Zimmer genau zur Hauptstraße. Dadurch war es natürlich sehr laut. Der Verkehr hat sich erst ab 23:00 Uhr bis 5:00 Uhr morgens etwas beruhigt. Leider stand vor dem Fenster auch genau die Straßenlaterne, die das Zimmer natürlich komplett ausleuchten. Das Hotel hat Plissees angebracht. Natürlich halten diese das Licht nicht ab.

Nos quedamos 3 noches y solo hicieron la habitación 1 día Por lo demás todo muy bien Tienen lavadoras y secadoras que utilizamos para lavar nuestra ropa, si las quieren usar les recomiendo llevar jabón pero si no , hay un supermercado cruzando la calle (los domingos no abren)
