This hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and will help with any questions or services needed. Very clean and inviting. Private bathrooms. Breakfast in the morning is light but very good. I enjoyed my stay.

We are from Canada and we stayed here for about a week. Perfect location for tourists and the staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Highly recommend this hotel to travellers. Location is right next to some great coffee shops and restaurants as well.

Hotel was booked on both ends of a trekking trip. Very accommodating for all of our needs ( from shuttles, bag storage, meals…). Staff very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend this facility

Good budget hotel option in Cusco!

The common areas of this hotel were really nice and cozy. They did a great job creating a lovely ambiance in the dining and lounging areas! The location of the hotel was great! Super close to good restaurants and shopping. The room itself is basic (which I knew ahead of time) - the bathroom seemed updated. The staff was kind and knowledgeable.

Hotel was in great location and walkable to everything..restaurants, shopping, landmarks. The staff and service was excellent, especially Rosemarie and Jimmy. They were bilingual which helped communication and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied and had everything we needed. We recommend as a great option for a Cusco stay.

Absolutely wonderful hotel.

Having stayed at thousands of hotels in my lifetime, this would have to be one of my very favorite. Such a wonderful Peruvian ambiance, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and absolutely terrific location for sightseeing in Cusco. When I come back to Cusco, I will look forward to staying at this place again. I recommend upgrading to a larger room and asking for a view towards the Plaza De Armas.

The hotel is in a great location, it’s located very near to Plaza de Armas. The staff is very friendly and they speak English. They helped coordinate a taxi from the airport and were available to answer any questions that we had. The rooms are clean and the hotel itself is very quiet, the city of Cusco not so much. The continental breakfast was good, and the dining area is very cute. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a place to stay in Cusco.

Nice hotel in good location

This hotel is in a great location is Cusco, 5 mins easy walk from the town square, 2 mins walk from a grocery store and multiple restaurants. The hotel is clean and well kept, the rooms are basic, clean and comfortable with newly renovated washrooms. Our rooms was close to some water tanks that refilled at night causing some noise. The only improvement I would make would be breakfast, which is a buffet that's not refreshed often enough so some items become dry. Overall a very nice place.

This hotel was a great choice for my group of 10. It is in a great location with some really wonderful restaurants within a 2 minute walk. It is very close to the Plaza de Armas and great shopping. Best point, it is at the bottom of the hill so easy on the lungs! The hotel itself does have lots of stairs, but they have lovely sitting areas in each floor foyer. Even with the stairs, I would book rooms on the 2nd floor rather than first as the dining area can be very noisy. Breakfast was very good with many choices. The staff is amazing! They honestly couldn't do enough for all of us. A special shout out to Luis and Edwin who went above and beyond!

Couldn’t ask for more!

Sueños del Inka was a fantastic hotel expert, and I would highly recommend it if visiting Cusco! The location is in the heart of downtown just a couple blocks from the main square. The hotel itself is so authentic with a lot of local culture and charm. The staff was extremely attentive, providing a sack lunch on the day of our travel to start a 5 day trek. During the trek they stored our luggage until we returned. Upon our return they provided a laundry service which was fantastic! The hotel also offered a good quality breakfast everyday. The value of this hotel was off the charts and I highly recommend staying here. When I return in the future I will be staying here!
