Hotel Del Prado

Stayed here multiple days. The room was always cleaned and the staff was always beyond helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Cusco

TERRIBLE HOTEL

The hotel was in a terrible location. In addition, the administrators invented an immigration tax (IGV) that they charge on my credit card $76 soles, but on the invoice, appears only $42.39 soles. That was very disappointed, since they did not mentioned when I registered.

Unsafe stay

The place feels unsafe, extremly noicy and loud from streetdogs and traffic. The shower has to prepare by staff to get heat. Feels like a 1-star hotell. The manager was not helpful at all. He did wrongs with payment and actually hunted me and my friend to pay another amount without us knowing why in the city 1 hour after we checked out. (he don’t speak english)
