This is a simple Hotel with basic amenities but is an excellent budget option located right near the square. Rooms adjacent to the street can be noisy which might be an issue for some travellers. There wasn't really a reception desk at the time of our stay but the staff were accommodating nonetheless. Clean rooms. I have no idea about the breakfast so can't comment.

The place is secure and requires a code to get in. Communication with the owner was great. We had a late check in and she was in constant communication and there when we areived. She was very accommodating and even helped me get a bag back to the tour guides we usednfornour 4 day Inca trail trip. The decor was lovely. Breakfast was simple but filling. We did get a room close to the street and since it is a historic home there isn't a lot of insulation so you can hear the traffic go by. The location is great and close to everything. Highly recommend.

The room was beautiful and the balcony was nice to let air in. The bathroom was very nice, I am 71 and had no issues. I am a solo traveler and appreciated they didnt bother me! They have hot water for tea, coffee and water out for you too. They store luggage there too.

The service was superb. They communicated with me before my arrival since we arrived very late and left very early. They have a convenient storage to keep our bags while we trecked to Machu Picchu. They have coffee and hot tea and water in the lobby all day and offer breakfast. The space is very cute with comfortable indoor gardens and sitting areas for relaxing.

We arrived very late but they contacted us with information on how to access the hotel and our room. The room was very nice and comfortable. They have a lovely inside garden perfect for our meeting with the tour guide for our tour. They were able to keep our bags while we traveled to the mountains for several days and had hot tea and coffee all day. We did not try the breakfast because we left before 6am.

Overall, good stay. Not really what I expected but it was nice. The breakfast was nothing to really talk about. If you’re gonna make it really worth it make sure to but your own food and be sure to take soap and washcloths. The lady was very helpful and friendly bless her.

I’m not even sure this place can be called a hotel, but staying here for one night was far worse than the worst nightmare I’ve ever had. We couldn’t sleep at all and had to wait until 5 a.m. for a nearby hotel to open, then rushed out and moved immediately. If you want to experience an unforgettable Halloween night for the rest of your life, this is the place to go.

We go to the hotel. Nobody there. Trying to call them without success. At the hotel there were 2 other numbers than provided by Hotels.com, but no luck either. One of them worked with whatsapp. After sending a lot of messages, they suddenly cancel our room. While there is a big festival in Town, they left us on the street with nowhere to go.

Tuvimos problemas para el check in porque al llegar a la dirección, la puerta de calle estaba cerrada. Había un cartel escrito a mano con un número de celular pero resulta que correspondía al 1er piso y nuestro alojamiento estaba en el 2do piso. Finalmente, después de insistir con varios números que conseguimos, nos respondieron y pudimos ingresar y hacer el check in. Tomamos una habitacíón matrimonial con vista a la calle, pero la insonorización es terrible y se escuchaba todo el ruido de los carros y de los borrados que salían del Museo del Pisco que queda en la esquina.

El personal es amable. Me asignaron un cuarto mas grande del que reserve. Como sali en tpir a las 6 am deje mi maleta y ellos la cuidaron por mi el dia esta en 15 soles. Cuando regrese a los dos dias mi maleta ya estaba en mi cuarto . Genial!! Si el lugar es frio pero todo peru es frio en esta temporada seca, es invierno solo traigan un sueter Lo que si la temperatura de la regadera es tibia se agradeceria un poco mas caliente.
