Staff was super friendly. Hotel was clean and super cool vibes. It was easily walkable to great sites. Main square was about a 15 minute walk down.

This hotel was nice we only used it to go to sleep anyway, the location was not the greatest is uphill lots of walking to get to main plaza. Washroom was a bit run down but other than that good overall. The staff are very friendly too.
The staff was very friendly and always welcoming. They stored my luggage while I left for hiking trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Wifi was included.
Staff was outstanding. Helped us with all our luggage, getting up and down the stairs, called taxis for us, arranged for a visit to the hospital for my friend, who had broken her wrist. I cannot say enough about the quality of the staff.

Very nice spot 5 minute walk from square and nice views
The hotel was a little difficult for our ride to locate. Once inside, it felt like a maze. We were able to find our way after the first night. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They took care of our laundry and were very prompt. highly recommend.

Staff is great, beds are okay, a bit hard. However, location is great 7-10min walk to plaza de armas. Breakfast was included, but no options as they have the same menu every day.
The hotel was difficult to find as it was in a back alley that was not accessible by cars. If you have any issues climbing Hills, this is not the stay for you. It was difficult to navigate to and difficult to navigate inside as it was not a standard layout and had multiple floors each with its own lobby.
Staff were friendly and provided good service. The view from the small window in our room was nice but there was no heating or AC so you're stuck with what the temperature is outside and some blankets.
A nice hotel! The rooms are a little small. While it is fairly easy to walk downhill from the hotel to the Plaza de Armas, the walk back up is strenuous, which often required us to take a taxi. The hotel itself is aesthetically appealing, and staff is very helpful.
This was easily one of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff was so sweet and accommodating. We had an issue with our flights and ended up getting into Cusco 4 hours before our scheduled check in, but they let us check in anyways and let us get breakfast. It is perfectly located where it’s not too far from the Plaza de Armas but not too close. It sits a pretty steep walk uphill, but I honestly preferred it because the view from our window looked over all of Cusco. It’s stunning!
Very friendly! Closed to plaza de armas, my fly was late nite i was avl to leave my stuff and rest in the livingroom of the hotel!! Stuff extra friendly
I love the stay in the hotel not only for the clean and the comfy of the room but Reynaldo the manager was very kind and help me to get my bus ticket to Lima he was so kind and helpful and also told me the story of how he rebuild of his grandma house that now is Casa Irma Hotel since was his grandma house destroy on a previous earthquake, hands down was a great experience and no doubt to recommended and stay again. Great area, great hotel and great people! Thank you
I fell in love with this place. It's like an old colonial house. The staff is wonderful, very attentive and friendly.
The rooms are small and quite old, so don't expect too much. But they are quite comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and they cleaned the room everyday. For the price, it's a steal.
There is no heating, and it can get noisy if other guests are coming and going. But they do give you very warm blankets. Other than that, I was extremely happy with my stay.
It's up-up-up-up, we took a taxi every time we were coming back to hotel. Don't believe 10 min on google. It's up 45° hill, if you are fat like me (6ft, 260#), forget this hotel. The interior is nice, the staff is accommodating. Bad is clean and has worm blankets. Rooms are small, good for base camp, that's what we needed.
Breakfast is late, 7am, morning tours start at 4am and 6 am, but you will get sandwich when you tell the front desk night before. No drinking water in the room, but you can get one for 2 soles at the desk. No coffee in the lobby, only coca tea, and other tea. Here is the worst, the toilet is so close to the wall you can't take sheet, it's very uncomfortable, bathroom is small and I cut my self coming out of the shower on the sliding door. Need to run the water for a while to get to the worm state. Walls are so thin, you will hear everything in the hotel. They should have sign to tell people that going out early in the morning to be quiet. Unfortunately I will not recommend this hotel, even after they replaced the key to the room that was stolen from me for free. Which was not their fault and they could charge me for it. The sandwiches are good, they are appreciated when on the bus for 2 hours.
Staff were very knowledgable and friendly
The room was good. Breakfast was great case Esqueda is close to many attractions and great views
I would and may stay there again
Proximity to Saqsaywaman is great .. simple place that matches the cost .. breakfast variety could improve .. I had some concerns with altitude and the staff were excellent at helping me out.
We enjoyed our stay, unfortunately its located up a hill and and exhausting every time you need to walk somewhere.
The bonus was that Saqsaywaman was 10 min walk up the hill
