Heating the room impossible. Small radiator. Bathroom layout was awful. And water dripped through the sliding doors all over the floor. Service people cordial but I wouldn't stay there again.
Overall great stay. Clean rooms & great price. Cannot beat the location--right in the middle of Cusco and within walking distance of pretty much every attraction. Only downside is the staff doesn't really speak English. We got by okay with our Spanglish but it was hard to say the least.
The place is centrally located..the room is clear and spacious..the staff are all accommodating..i will recommend to friends and family

Nice affordable hotel
Stayed 2 nights, very affordable and very comfortable. A little old, but everything worked nicely and the showers were hot. Plus it is near many ships and restaurants, right next to main square.
Hotel faz jus por tudo, muito bom, pessoas simpáticas, atendimento maravilhoso.

Nice hotel in good location
We stayed twice either side of a hike and were able to leave luggage at the hotel in between. The first time we had a fridge with beer and juice, the second time nothing. So we asked at reception if we could buy beer and the answer was no - go figure! Otherwise it was very comfortable and the breakfast was great!

Enjoyed Peru
Hotel has nice entrance and lounge area and lots of variety and has very good tasting breakfast buffet. Rooms were fine, but on the small side, similar to all hotels we stayed at in Peru. Waiting to get hot water was our only complaint, but we stayed in 3 hotels in Peru and they all had this same issue of waiting sometimes 10 minutes for any hot water for your shower. Staff was very polite and kind to us. We had a view of the street from a small balcony from the bedroom, which we thought interesting to have. At night they would play music on the street. We are older and just wanted to sleep, but it did not last too long, maybe an hour or so.
Our experience was a nightmare:
-No Hot water and you need to demand it many times but only reaches a minimum temperature
-Hotel In general in poor conditions due to the lack of maintenance, there is not constant pressure of water, bathroom doors in poor condition so the water floods the area.
- The 2nd day the next room was flooded, and flooded ours so we had to change our room on our own because no one helped us with our stuff and was covering our shoes
- That night the hot water faucet broke down and the person does not know how to fix it, so I fix it by removing the faucet from another room to replace the one in our room, at 2am !!
We were on the 4th floor and when we asked for help, they said they could not
We were on the 4th floor and when we asked for help, they said they could not.
The only good thing to mention is that some employees tried to help but do not have the resources.
The staff in the hotel were very helpful In describing the tours and other sightseeing opportunities. The breakfast was a buffet with several options.

Buen desayuno
Hotel was clean and nice, especially for the price. The staff was amazing, and spoke very good English. Angel in particular was very helpful. Location is a short walk from the main plaza del Armas. Rooms are good, but the walls are paper thin. Very very good breakfast buffet in the morning.
Lovely. At first, we were offered coca mate which I think protected us from the soroche. Room was ample, comfortable, and clean. Staff was helpful and gentle.
Within 16 hours all 3 of our rooms were without water 3 times. That meant no use of the toilets, sinks or showers. Other guests had the same problem. When water resumed the following day, hot scalding water came out of both the hot and cold taps, again making showers impossible.
Within 16 hours, all 3 of our rooms were without water 3 times! That meant no use of the toilets, no use of the sinks, no use of the showers. Completely unsanitary! We were told that the city had turned off the water, but the adjacent rooms had water - so they had to concede that they were lying to us. We met other guests with the same problem. After maintenance banged on the pipes on the roof, water resumed. On the second day, scorching hot water came out of both the hot and cold taps, burning us. In the US this hotel would be closed down. I'm not that difficult to please - on this same trip I gave other hotels a 5 rating. I only ask for sanitary, clean and comfortable accommodations- not present at this hotel.
Cozy small hotel for those who want to experience the culture first hand. Location is great very close to the main square on a street closed for car traffic. Very friendly staff... Rooms (and their bathrooms) are small with very small windows and little day-light. Language could be an issue with staff members. Water was cut off twice during our stay for some time, something that could be inconvenient.
Only recommend for students or those traveling on a budget and do not mind small rooms and some inconveniences, like not having running water at times.
Eit hotell med svært fin atmosfære. Kjempehyggelig og behjelpeleg betjening. Frokosten og servicen under måltider var den beste vi opplevde på vår reise i Peru. Fikk mykkje for pengane
