"This place honestly looks like it should be condemned. It was disgusting. The walls are peeling, there were 4 different types of flooring in each room, and the bedding and towels were stiff. I checked for bed bugs because the place looked so bad. I’m happy to report there were none. With each step we took, we were afraid our feet would break through the floor, it was incredibly squeaky and uneven. The outlets were inconveniently located.
We rented a total of 4 rooms and each was just as bad as...

"Tuve recogida del aeropuerto y cuando llegué me di cuenta que era otra dirección, otro alojamiento. Estaban estrenando una segunda localización y la que yo reservé estaba llena pero eso nunca me lo informaron de antemano y es algo desestabilizante tener esa sorpresa llegando a un lugar por primera vez.
De igual forma fueron muy atentos y me ayudaron a coordinar la recogida del tour del día siguiente que estaba con la dirección original. Habitación y desayuno muy bien."

"Amazing place to stay. Great view of Cusco and near San Blas. Great exercise every day walking up the hill in readiness for Inka Machu Pichu trail. Friendly and attentive staff too. Highly recommended and stayed here for nearly a month."

"This hotel is amazing. The staff was very helpful and catered to our every need. They provided tea immediately upon arriving which helped a lot with my altitude sickness.
They provide breakfast daily and they give you many different of food for you to decide between. You can choose all of them as well, and the food is all very high quality. I am not a native Spanish speaker, and they helped me and translated and talked with me, and made sure I understood and was getting what I wanted. They also asked what time we wanted our breakfast if we were going to leave early, and provided it when we needed to leave early.
Inside the room, there was a TV, chargers, and a HOT shower. They provided room cleaning options daily, and we always came back to a spotless room every time. The beds were clean, shampoo and soap provided, and all super beyond up to par.
This hotel is also very much walkable, and located near a lot of stores that give water and food when needed.
There are literally no issues that I have with this hotel. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.
My only complaint is that I couldn’t spend more time here. 5/5, 100/100, 10/10"
"This hotel offers good value for the price. The property is relatively new, clean, and well-maintained, with several comfortable lounge areas in the lobby. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay.
The location is decent, about a 17-minute walk from Plaza de Armas. One drawback is that some tour operators may not offer hotel pickup from this location, which was an issue for one of my booked tours.
Rooms are modern and comfortable, but if you’re assigned a room near the elevator or open atrium area, noise can be noticeable at times. Amenities are somewhat limited, with a jacuzzi being the main recreational feature.
Check-in was not entirely smooth, as my room was not ready at the advertised 3:00 PM check-in time and I had to wait. Breakfast offered a fair variety of options, although there were no made-to-order items.
One area that could be improved is the shower experience. Water pressure was fairly weak, and the hot water was inconsistent at times.
The hotel was very accommodating with luggage storage, which was especially helpful for my late flight. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, I found this hotel to be a good choice and would consider staying here again, particularly given the value offered for the price."
"Lovely hotel. We came in May and it's cold but they provide a heater for your room, however, you need to leave it on for a while for things to warm up. Breakfast was excellent."
"Wonderful place for a family of 4! Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices. Also enjoyed dinner through room service. It was delicious! Views of the city and mountains are beautiful! Short walk to the Plaza del Armas and most sites within the old town."
