"Absolutely perfect for what we wanted.
Easy to find, car parking on sight and checked in with the friendly and obliging gentleman on reception even though the room wasn't quite ready.
Came back to night manager who was frindly and chatty and helped us to a night cap for the room.

"Another good stay. Well organised, clean and good food at reasonable prices. Only downside was that, on one of the hottest nights of the year so far, the aircon wasn’t enabled and so a hot, sticky night ensued. But a nice place to stay and Lichfield itself is a good place to visit. "
"Nice, clean with a nice local pub right across the courtyard. Very handy. However the pub is only open limited hours and no where else to eat within walking distance except a fish n chips joint. We stayed in apartment 3. Suited our family of 4 well, but note there is no mini fridge or micro that a family might hope for. Walls are thin too but not a big deal.

"This was our second stay at Brook Marston Farm Hotel. The peaceful surroundings makes your stay relaxing. Staff are friendly, very helpful and go the extra mile for you. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Dining in is a must, meals are excellent, especially the Lamb dinner. Will definitely be booking again soon. "
