"This is a quiet country like cottage. Owners are not maintaining the property, grass was long and unkept, kitchen had greasy walls, dirty blinds. The main bedroom had an ant infestation. "What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone...

"The location was perfect for driving to St. Andrews and the nearby golf courses (Crail, Ellie, Lundin Links, Kings Barn, Dumbarnie, and others). The view from the grounds are spectacular. The hosts are real owners that care about their clients."
