"I’m rating this property excellent but I sure hope management reads the reviews. There were actually a couple of issues that troubled my party but overall it really is a good property. The valet parking was not adequately staffed for most of the stay. The gentleman who helped my half of my group on arrival mid Friday afternoon was excellent! So helpful with me and my Mom in. Wheelchair! I think his name was Jay ? Maybe? Top notch guy! The gentleman who helped us leave on Monday was just as good! Savannah at the front desk was so helpful and in room dining agent could not have been more pleasant! There was a wedding reception and a formal event on Saturday night and the parking was an absolute nightmare with what we understood had only one valet?? ONE? In room dining wasn’t available Saturday morning we were told because the person who does it Didn’t show up?? You have one person and no backup???? Pool didn’t have towels regularly?? Anyway—it really is more positive than negative but management and planning needs to re-evaluate."

"This hotel did not have a microwave in the room. This hotel did not have a coffee maker in the room. The scrambled eggs for breakfast tasted very fresh. The sausage was good. Oatmeal was good. Apples and banana's were over ripe. Staff was very helpful and polite. The decor was very modern. The colors were very pretty."

"The checking staff was super sweet. The room is actually closer to a small apartment, complete woth washer/dryer, stove, apartment sized fridge, kitchen islabd, dish washer, couch and the bed was even behind a closed door. Loved being able to do laundry before coming home and having a destunct place to chill at night before bed. My early bird spouse loved being able to do their morning routine without being super quiet to avoid waking me up."

"The breakfast was amazing. But I asked for my room to be cleaned on 5/16 on that morning because I was leaving out at 9am that morning to run errands and when I got back later on that night . I was totally surprised to no that my room had not been clean that meant I had to go to the office on that next morning to get clean towels. My phone didn’t work and I reported that also on 5/16. This was in room 119 . But my first night at the hotel room 117 had mold so they in it by the refrigerator. So on the next morning, they switched our room. I had a picture that I took of the mold but I can’t find it now in my phone."

"We stayed one night. It was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and got us taken care of very quickly. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, and set up very cute. Had everything you would need, (all big ones) shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, lotion, make up remover wipes, hair dryer. Would definitely recommend to stay and I will stay again, if I am in the area."
