The location was short staffed. Oupon arrival they told us one of the boilers was out but we shouldn't see any issues. They were wrong 2 out of out 4 night stay water was cold as ice they finally fixed them sometime Saturday. The our room was infested with ants anything drink or food if we laid it on the counter we would be come swarmed. We have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 4 attending a local event it has never been this bad before usually really love this location, so it was extra disappointing

We were traveling to the area for work and our jobsite was causing us to extend our stay a couple times. The staff at the desk was very understanding and despite the fact we reserved through Expedia and not through the hotels official website they were curteous and only charged us a $25 dollar additional deposit each time we extended instead of the full amount. The room was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. I personally loved the fact that there was no charge to do laundry since we had to wash our work clothes constantly. Thanks for the great stay and hospitality Sonesta. Fantastic job.
