"Be careful booking rooms with pets via Expedia. They do not allow animals in every room. We booked the room with a hot tub and were told that we could not stay in that room due to their policies. We were rebooked to a different room. The insurance offered by Expedia to cover something like this does ..."

"Felt like I was putting the motel clerk out just by checking in. He didn't greet me when I walked in, very abrupt, kind of rude, didn't even tell me when check out was. There were ants in the room and he didn't seemed concerned about it."
