A night away.
The room was very basic. The bed was made up like it was Summertime. There was no blanket or quilt on the bed for the middle of Winter. The room had a lovely view of the castle and a large terrace. It just needed a table on it to go with the chairs. There was parking nearby. The hotel is situated well for the town and the beach.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour un prix convenu. À notre arrivée à l’hôtel, nous avons découvert plusieurs suppléments. Pour notre petit chien de 3 kilos, un supplément de 12 € nous a été facturé, ce qui est compréhensible. En revanche, un montant additionnel de 25 € pour “frais de nettoyage” nous a semblé totalement abusif.
Nous parlons d’un chien de petite taille, pas d’un grand chien de 30 kilos. Ce supplément paraît disproportionné et injustifié. Pour une nuit initialement affichée à 77 €, la facture finale s’est donc alourdie de 37 € supplémentaires.
De plus, l’établissement est présenté comme classé, mais les photos prises sur place démontrent un état de propreté qui ne justifie en rien un tel coût de nettoyage. Cela soulève de sérieuses interrogations sur l’usage réel de ces frais.
Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel. Il est important d’avertir les futurs clients : lisez attentivement les conditions générales, y compris les petites lignes, afin d’éviter ce type de mauvaises surprises.
Agradable, trato correcto, cerca de la playa andando. Al entrar, nos dieron un detalle por inauguración con el que no contabamos y que nos hizo la estancia más amena.
Muy cerca de playa San Antonio y al lado de la parada de bus que lleva a la estación de tren. Muy bonito, tranquilo y limpio. Personal de recepción super atentos.
Para empezar indicar que el hotel tiene poca visivilidad desde la calle, tuve que pasar dos veces por delante para ver su ubicación. La señorita de recepción a la hora del cheking fue atenta y amable. La habitación limpia y bastante cuidada, las camas cómodas. El desayuno dejó bastante que desear. Las bandejas con la comida estaban casi vacías, las mesas estaban sucias y no había espacio para todos los pernoctantes. Lo último es problema del hotel, lo primero de la señorita que atendía el comedor. Tal vez, el joven que se encontraba en la recepción, aunque estuviera haciendo sus asuntos en el ordenador, podía haber echado una mano para recoger y limpiar mesas mientras su compañera reponía la comida. Por ello la nota global se queda en el medio, cosas buenas y cosas malas. A pesar de ello, si en un próximo viaje hay algún hotel de esta cadena, daré una segunda oportunidad.
Muy cerca de la playa, limpio y con ascensor. Habitación amplia, con terraza. Le faltarían perchas en el baño y un tendedero/cuerdas para secar bañadores/toallas.
El Imperial *** está cerrado y en obras. Estuvimos en el Imperial **. Recepción muy eficiente. Limpio. Cerca de la playa y del pueblo. En la zona hay tiendas y restaurantes. Entre el 15 de junio y el 15 de setiembre hay zona azul. Si tienes tiempo visita La Albufera. El paseo en barca, 5 euros por persona, es una lección de geografía.
