"All went well, would definitely visit again. Only ask I would have would be to provide more pillows and towels. Room I reserved was for 5 people. We had 3 towels and 5 flat pillows. Other than that, please was clean, staff was courteous and provided great tour tips. "

"Very convenient location… extremely helpful and friendly staff… English and Spanish spoken… comfortable bed… setting areas located on each floor… Bathroom was small (in the room I was in) but very functional with hot water available… I will be staying here the next time I’m in Cuenca."

"I had checked out early from another hotel and not only they allowed me to drop off my luggage but got my room ready earlier than their check-in time. When I left the next day, they called a taxi for me to take me to the airport. EXCELLENT SERVICE!"
