Front desk staff was courteous, the place had that overpowering cheap air-freshener smell. Room was spacious but lacked power outlets and table to lay our suitcase. Very limited toiletries: hairdryer, 1 roll of toilet paper, only 2 bath towels (no hand towels), 1 bath rug, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion dispensers. We had to ask for a second roll of toilet paper during our stay. Hot water took a long time to come out and lasted very little. Sliding door did not lock, but we where ok since we where on the 3rd floor. We liked the balcony.

Comfortable and Great Value for your Money

The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony and view of the creek. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I have stayed at Borda Hotel several times in the last couple of years, However the room I recently stay in is at the top of the building and close to the elevator which was quiet, but the bathroom vent was close to some fans on the roof that sometimes were a little noisy. Also, there was limited hot water. Other than that, it is a great place to stay, great value for your money, I'll definitely stay there for my next trip to Cuernavaca
