A simple stop over but sort out a code for entry before you arrive. I was very confused but staff were very understanding and helpful.

Not very quiet, very noisy
Location ok, restaurant ok very helpful lady behind bar, Spanish menu ok, food ok. We checked in via the automatic check in received key ok. Went to bed early around 9.30, noise started around 10 from next door, chairs and tables being moved, at least 3 people in there very loud voices didn’t stop got louder and louder, we left around 12.30, will not stop there again, will not recommend to anyone. If you want a quiet night after a long drive do not stay here. Room was one of the biggest and best we have stayed in.

The room itself was ok. Spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The location was not too bad if you drive. It is about 20min driving to Zaragoza town centre. Disappointing things: Aircon was not working. The room was boiling. No shower gel, shampoo or conditioner in the toilet, just a bar of soap. Breakfast is extremely poor. Not worth it to pay for it. It is basically one croissant, coffee and orange juice. You cant repeat!

Thank you very much for your comment, regarding the shower gel, shampoo, etc. We have already changed all the soap bars and we have put in a system of soap, gel and shampoo, much more practical and hygienic. With regard to breakfast, there is the option of taking the room without breakfast included and asking for what you want in the cafeteria. Thank you very much.

Loved the fact it had a lift. The staff were friendly/helpful. On site restaurant and bar. Would recommend.

Ok for overnight sleeping only.
Industrial area not good for children. Friendly checking but checkout receptionist rude and unhelpful. Room and bathroom clean but a little worn. Curtains need replacing.

Super pet friendly. The young man who checked us in was lovely. Good on site restaurant bar, nice grassy area outside for walking dogs

A good stopover hotel
This was a stopover stay on our way home. It was a bit difficult to find but that may have been ou satnav, I'd advise anyone to use their phone map, got us from lost to there in 3 minutes! The hotel room was a good size and very clean. They have a bar/restaurant which served a good selection of food/drink at reasonable prices. They also allow pets. There's plenty of parking and they have free wifi. We would stay there again, just off the A23 between Valencia and Bibao.

Very basic overnight stop.
The hotel is just about adequate. Clean enough and the beds comfortable. The water was nice and hot. Very basic. No hair dryer. The walls are very thin. We would have eaten in the cafeteria but there were flies inside the glass food containers. For the price we have stayed in much better places in Zaragoza. The reason I chose it was that it's just on the outskirts of town on the road to Teruel and we could get away quickly in the morning. Also easy to find without going into the centre and parking.

Hôtel Don Fidel à Zaragoza excellent séjour.
Deux nuits parfaites. Très propre, très calme, excellente réception, bonne ambiance, que du bon. Pour un prix très raisonnable, et accepté les animaux de compagnie. Je recommande.

Definitivamente una mala elección, la calle olía mal, no me hicieron la limpieza en la habitación, la promoción decía que tenía lavandería y accesorios y no tuvieron ni siqiiera secadora de cabello y mucho menos lavandería. Tenían una máquina expendedora vacía. No regreso.

Buenas noches, siento su mala experiencia, pero le informo de que si en la calle huele mal, no puedo hacer nada al respecto, ya que eso no depende de mí, sino de que cerca se encuentra una fabrica que desprende olores.A parte decirle que si no pone el cartel para poder entrar a hacerle la habitacion, el personal de limpieza no puede entrar. Lavanderia disponemos, con suplemento extra. Y el secador de pelo, si nos lo pide también tenemos en recepción. Solo hay que pedirlo.Por último, la máquina expendedora, no es nuestra, es de otra empresa.Sentimos las molestias, que pase un buen dia.Gracias.

Terrible experience. Air-con is not working but it’s extremely noisy while opening windows for fresh air. I hear all windy sound and people talking in very earlier morning that can’t let you sleep. No hair dryer but cannot contact staff to get as it’s no staff after 2pm. Never want to stay again

Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Hotel, Hier kann man abends im angrenzenden Cafe/ Bistro noch eine Kleinigkeit zu sich nehmen. An sich ist die Location etwas abgelegen, aber mit Auto halt gut erreichbar. Zimmer und Bad waren groß genug. Der Check in ging schnell und man wurde sehr freundlich empfangen

Saltó la alarma de incendios a las 3 de la mañana por un robo en el restaurante. Bajamos todos los huéspedes y no habia nadie en recepción. No había manera de ponerse en contacto con nadie del hotel porque el teléfono de contacto estaba en recepción y tardó una hora en aparecer el dueño. Fuimos los huéspedes los que tuvimos que averiguar que ocurría y tratar con la guardia civil. Cuando llegó el dueño ni se disculpó ni explicó porqué no habia nadie. El resto del personal encantador y el hotel estába bien. Pero no me parece normal que no haya nadie responsable de cualquier problema que pueda haber en el hotel.

Hotel tres bien , propre, avec tout ce quil faut pour une étape en famille , dommage que certains clients fassent comme s'ils étaient seuls même en pleine nuit, sans se preocuper du sommeil des autres . Hotel tout a fait recommandable. Tarif très abordable . Merci pour l'accueil.
