"The staff was great"

"People outside smoking, drinking all night screens from windows are falling off. Carpets are DISGUSTING. Showered my kids and they walked on the floor i looked at their feet and they were BLACK from all the dirt and gunck on the carpets. Im sure there were spots of blood in the bathroom and on the lamp shade. Clearly patched holes everywhere. Looked like dogs chewed up the bathroom doors. The phone didnt even work. Did not feel safe here that i checked out and booked elsewhere the same day i checked in. "

"Traveled from Lake Havasu City, AZ for a SCORA outrigger race. After a long drive and dropping off and rigging three of our 6-man canoes, it was finally time to check in. We were greeted with your friendly staff and had our room keys in minutes. Our room was excellent and well maintained. I would stay here again in the future."

"The location was extremely convenient, close to everything and right by the beach. However, on our first morning, they started doing construction work on the pool at 8:00am. The workers starting talking extremely loudly around 7:30am right behind our room, and the place became a construction zone for several hours. Management shouldn't have scheduled that type of work at 8am. And they didn't even warn us."

"Our entire stay was amazing, the food, location and friendly staff throughout the day. They were helpful and always polite. Nice place to stay our 10 year old loved the cheesecake 😋 😁 We'd stay there again!"

"I was expecting a beautiful dream vacation based on the marketing and reviews. I usually stay at a chain hotel, i thought I would give the Dana a try hoping for a new perspective. Wrong! It was not as nice as advertised from introduction of the process by the most unengaging receptionist not giving any reason to be excited. Offered an upgrade right off should have been a big hint of the room expectations Sad to say I have not found that place yet that is not a chain...back to the upscale they are really upscale or at least honest about the low rate experience"

"The pictures make the property and rooms look much nicer than reality. The bed and pillows were terrible. The ac was missing the grill to aim the air. The elevator was down so we got to carry everything up the stairs. Paying 20.00 a night to park when you are paying so much for a room is crazy . I would suggest looking elsewhere"
