"We stayed here overnight as our flight was delayed and arrived near the midnight. There is a shuttle at Gatwick platform 9 (south terminal) that will take you to this hotel for £5. The check in was straight forward and easy. The room was super clean with comfortable bed and quiet. Highly recommend for any overnight stay and easy access to Gatwick."

"The staff was awesome! We got into Gatwick Airport at 10:00. Usually check in is not until 15:00; however, the front desk staff was able to get us into a room so we could shower and get ready for the rest of our day."

"Pleasant staff. Food is awful! We waited over an hour for a dried out chicken skewer, watery and totally tasteless ravioli with pesto from a jar. My child’s steak was tough and inedible. The chicken tikka skewer was so dried out it was no longer edible - I spat out the only bite I took! At least it was removed from the bill. We were NOT offered the dinner “bundle” for £19.99, we had to ASK. I only happened to notice the sign at the bar when asking for change. Otherwise, we would have paid an...

"I liked the location near the motorway - it's a busy golf and leisure club. Car park was full. Very quiet location, rooms spacious but there's no air conditioning. Nice bar where you can get a drink or a snack. Breakfast was nice - service not quite on point"

"Third time staying here due to the positive previous experiences. The positive streak continued with a great room featuring a fantastic air-conditioning unit which kept me cool in the June heat. A wonderful workout ensued in their very well-equipped gym set up. This was followed by a powerful shower and I went to dine nearby. Had a great night's sleep before a well-cooked breakfast got my day started perfectly. Can't wait to come back."

"Only downside for me was the bed, making creaking noises every time I moved. I could hear the bed in room above had same problem. It didn't impact my stay too much."

"The location is kind of isolated but it was convenient for a location closer to the airport. We arrived by Uber and were worried about getting an uber for our early departure the next morning due to its location but the hotel offered to arrange a taxi with preferred rates (£20 cheaper than the Uber we had just paid for) nice, clean, large rooms!"

"Room was not in a great condition, decor was tired and grubby. Outside was unkempt and unloved. Facilities were OK, but as we were not spending a lot of time here it didn't bother us."
