"Our stay was excellent. We got there early around 9am to check our bags in and they let us have our room immediately! It was a great start for us. Our room was spotless and perfect. Very quiet. We enjoyed the pillows and bed. They were extremely comfortable. The only issue we had was the room temperature. They didn’t serve regular coffee at the bar, so we asked for a kettle. They brought it right up to our room and we used instant coffee we brought. It was perfect. The top bunk was so warm all night and because of this we turned the heat down which made the bottom bunk extra cold the rest of the night. We would definitely stay here again. It exceeded our expectations. "

"I never write reviews but this place was incredible. We stayed over Christmas and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly. It was the perfect location, walkable to many places (with views of The Edge) but also with a subway stop a minute away (perfect if you are coming from JFK too as the E line runs direct from Jamaica Station). The breakfast was so so nice too, homemade waffles, fresh fruit, bagels and so much more. We were blown away considering the price. We have recommended to friends who are staying in October now too. If we’re ever back in NYC, this is where we’ll stay! Thank you! "
