"Everything about the hotel was great. The room was spacious and cleaned. The bed was comfortable and the staff was great. The phone in the room did not work. So I had to walk back to the front desk. The female at the front desk said they were in the process of removing the phones from the rooms. That was my only complaint."

"I love Everything about the Hotel! However, if i am paying money to stay there then parking should always be free! Yes, there parking is secure, considering its location! They can keep the same gated parking and make it free for paid customers!!! It is a great Hotel! Think about the average customer! Make parking free! "

"Overnight stay. The room was clean. Moderate in amenities (no check through tv services). The staff was pleasant and efficient. Didn't see where there was breakfast on premises."

"Room was ok. Check in was chaotic as a large group just entered. The cafe inside hotel was not open. There was one pot of coffee in lobby. No creamer and area was a mess. Balcony has no table or chairs. Room smelled of weed throughout the 2 night stay. Only 2 towels provided. "

"Upon arrival the hotel failed to clean my room thoroughly. They spread the bed and that’s it. I found stains & holes on my sheets, hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor and on the toilet seat. Then stained towels and spots on the large and makeup mirror. I went downstairs and informed the front desk (after calling repeatedly and no answer) of the sheet stains, and they said new sheets would brought up. When I asked if they’ll spread the bed the guest services person looked at me odd, gave me attitude and confirmed sheets will be brought up. We were tasked with re-spreading our own bed. Then as the night went on we noticed the stains on the bathroom towels and that there was only 1 set of all towel supplies… so we needed to make another front desk request. Which again they failed to answer the phone, so I went down late at night to request this. They prioritized my room cleaning the next day and it was like night and day after. I informed the manager of this inconvenience and she informed me that she’ll raise it to the GM. I’m still waiting to hear back. I also reached out to Hotels.com and because the hotel was unresponsive they were unable to do much on their side. I’m so disappointed that this was a 4 star + experience because never have I been forced to stay in a dirty room, much less get my front desk calls ignored and tasked with spreading my own bed when at a hotel and to top it off be given attitude when’s I raise the issue to staff members."
