My only negative would be while swimming although the large hot tub says adults only there was a lady in there with a child and the staff dont pay attention to tell them their not allowed in there. The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful with a wide selection to choose from although somewhat pricey. Hotel is located right in the centre of Hereford close to all shops, pubs and cathedral.
