"Everything was great, Tanja was an excellent host, the apartment was very comfortable, very clean and well located. It is not a luxury apartment but it is a great selection for a stay in Split for two people. Extremely convenient, not far from a parking lot and not far from the old city center."

"The room we stayed in was newly renovated and very nice - especially the bathroom. Had amazing AC which is not always common and was a lifesaver during the heatwave. Opted into the hotel transfer which was great and the staff was extremely helpful in getting that organized. Location was perfect you’re 2 minutes from the boardwalk and close to a popular cab/uber pickup & dropoff site. Great food options immediately when exiting the annex building we were in which was also convenient. "

It’s perfectly located—just a short stroll from both the port and the charming old town, making it an ideal base for exploring without needing transport. The bedrooms were a real highlight: modern, beautifully refreshed, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. From the plush bedding to the sleek bathroom fittings, everything felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The pool area, while lovely, was a little on the compact side. On a couple of occasions, we did need to wait for sun loungers to become available, but once settled, it was a relaxing spot to soak up the sun or enjoy a dip. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and friendly approach made a real difference and contributed to the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, this hotel delivers on location, comfort, and service. A great choice for couples or small groups looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay. We had a lovely time and would absolutely return. "

"Great location!! If you are looking to be a bit closer to the beaches rather than the city center/old town, this is a perfect spot away from all of the commotion. Only about a 30minute walk to the Riva Promenade, but only 5 minutes or so from the nearest beaches! We enjoyed the walks into town each day, and great food locations. Staff was amazing, loved the breakfast and bar service, highly recommend this spot! "
