"The breakfast was full Scottish with cereal loads of tea and coffee and different juices set you up for the day , room was clean with a hairdryer, tea & coffee and TV. Staff were friendly."

"The staff/owners were so very welcoming and helpful always looking out for our needs. Even a completely unexpected ride in the rain to the train station! 😊 Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices! Room was clean, quiet and ever so relaxing! Would love to return."

"I had a one night stay and needed basic accommodation, this sufficed. If staying be aware, I hadnt realised check in is before 7pm unless you advise (it was on the literature I just hadn't read it). My only hesitation to stay again is all the locks are electronically operated, and no one is on site. To feel safer as a lone traveller I would prefer to have a chain, or internal lock to the door in addition, in case the electrics failed at night and my room door would effectively be open."

"Our room was just lovely! We had the cutest two twin beds room up on the second floor. The views were so nice from the windows. The shower was the best we’d had in Scotland. The breakfast was amazing! Seriously, the black pudding and haggis options were great. Our host, Greg, took care of everything for us. We will come back and stay again."
