"The room was clean and relatively spacious. The bathroom was clean and spacious. the large window was great. The bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The pool was lovely, but freezing cold. (This was in April.). I had a really great stay there."

"Beautiful hotel, quick transfer from airport and friendly welcome. So lovely to have gifts for the children. Lovely sea view swim up pool. Clean, beautiful view and nice pool. Very clean throughout! Staff always willing to help but more staff needed to serve drinks as often long waits. Would have liked waiter service for swim up rooms. Lots of restaurants and snacks bars. Loved the beach bbq snack bar (kebabs were gorgeous), nice range of Pizza, fantastical waffles & crepier, Pan Asian & Tex Mex our favourite restaurants. Entertainment was ok, could have been more. Great variety of drinks & loved the Easter Sunday celebrations on the beach. Fantastic to be involved. Breakfast was good but would have liked more variety of fruit. Overall had a wonderful holiday. Loved the hotel, would visit again!"

"The property is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I do not think the property is at 5 stars as the finishings in the room and attention to detail seemed rushed. Our phone and air were not working, the phone was fixed but we got tired about asking for help with the air as the room gets very muggy because there is not ventilation and a lot of windows. "
