"The staff is truly amazing and go above and beyond to help your trip go smoothly! We had taken a “red eye” from San Francisco to Atlanta and the young man working the desk helped us check in early and what a blessing he was! It’s an older facility, but very clean and welcoming. Our only constructive criticism was both queen beds squeaked due to we think metal frames. We reported this at check out and they were going to have them repaired. Without hesitation we’d recommend this lovely hotel! "

"Overall a great experience for a trip to Atlanta to see a show at the Fox. Staff was exceptional. Parking easy. We did not have children with us but I was impressed with the promotions for the Harry Potter Show to make it special for children- a sorting hat, wands and a chance for a gift bag. "

"My hotel room was not clean. Smudges all over the furniture. Roach in the bathroom in the morning. Breakfast Buffett was missing items and not well stocked. Tried to make me pay twice for breakfast because they forgot to give me a breakfast ticket when I checked in. Not impressed at all. "

"Loved the hotel. Clean and very friendly staff. Wasn’t too pleased with housekeeping as they took towels each day but did not replace. "

"It was really a worst experience and the front desk person was so rude and blaming all the guests in the hotel when they came to complain on something. For us, We checked in and realized that the mattress was too low in the center and my wife couldn't sleep for at least 10 min as she is in post partum phase after delivery of the baby 5 months before. So, I went to ask for a change of room and the reception said that there were no rooms available, he said no one complain about that mattress before people will come and adjust and leave, if we want we can check out and find another room at 10:00 PM. We were so tired travelling so we said we can't search for another room and asked if he can at least provide a sheet that we can get to put in the center of the mattress. He told us they already load the room with needed sheets and towels so they guests don't request for more. I went back to the room and he called us and said there is a cancellation of another room due to credit card denial and asked us to check out our room and come pick the new room key. So, we checked out and picked up the keys, and the keys didn't work, I went back to check on them and been told I don't know how to use the keys. I went back and tried my luck but it didn't work. Then I called them to come up and help me open the room, then they realized the room they provided is not at all available for check in. They gave another room which is on 5th floor. Finally after couple of hours with my wife and 5 months"
