"We were asked to book a breakfast time slot on arrival, so we selected 8:30–9:00. However, when we went down that morning, all the doors were locked and there was no staff present. We tried every contact number provided, including the delivery and service numbers advertised, but received no answer or callback. "The hotel is OK. Our room was on the groundfloor and seemed a bit tired. It wasn’t a large bed and we were kept awake from 4 -5am by the television in an adjoining room. Parking at the hotel is easy (reduced payment for guests) and it’s convenient for the M5 and Exeter airport."
