"Room on ground floor in next building to reception and was clean, accessible and large. Except for two nights from noisy hotel guests, which hotel staff managed to control the stay was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast at DoiDeep restaurant opposite hotel was great 👍. Reception staff were very friendly and super helpful, where we communicated via watsapp. Location was walkable to Dalat market and transport by taxi was convenient. Appreciate the warm hospitality provided by hotel staff. Many thanks to hotel staff 🙏👍🙏"

Her positive attitude, genuine kindness, and willingness to help made every interaction a pleasure. Whether we needed directions, local recommendations, or assistance with transportation, she always took the time to help with a smile. It’s employees like Thiên Thanh who transform a good hotel into a truly memorable one. Her dedication to making guests feel welcome deserves special recognition. We travel frequently, and Nature Hotel has become one of our favorite places to stay in Đà Lạt. We sincerely appreciate the outstanding hospitality and look forward to returning in the future. "Clean Rooms. The walls are pretty thin. You can hear doors open and shut well within earshot when they should be muffled from a distance. Overall a good buy. Would consider coming back. "
