3 bedroom suite was enough for the 5 of us. We travelled with two teens and 3 adults. Reception was great, they asked us nightly if we needed anything and had great recommendations for attractions and restaurants. Bonus was there was a laundry close by and we had 10kg of laundry done for 130k.

Dalat stay

Small apartment hotel with a cafe on ground floor with the reception area. Staff are courteous throughout the stay. However, only have 1 aircondition unit in the 2 beds room. Not enough to cool the whole place during the hot days but evening was ok as temperature drops to about 18-20 degrees C. the sauna was great to use. Easy to move around to the nearby lake and Go supermarket. Moving aound was easy with Grab transportation. Night walking street was good to move aound with many food n clothings stalls. Visited the waterfall areas which is not far away from hotel.

立地は良いがサービスに不満あり

夜勤でフロントにいたある男性スタッフがとても態度が悪かった(声をかけても挨拶、発語一切なし。目も合わさない)。それ以外のスタッフはフレンドリーでした。 2日間部屋の掃除やシーツ交換をしてくれなかったため、スタッフに声をかけて改善。タオルや備品のお茶がない日もあった。 部屋には虫が多く、私も家族も蚊の様なものに刺されました。
