"Everything was great, very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the ocean view and the pool eve thing was beautiful we enjoyed our vacation. However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I highly recommend the Hotel Luna for your next vacation! ❤️❤️❤️"

"This was the best trip I've ever been on! The Villas were just as described, so clean, and the room was cleaned every morning while we were at breakfast. The grounds were so beautiful and maintained wonderfully. The location was perfect if you are looking for a slower, relaxing environment, and access to the reef was incredible. The staff could not have done their jobs better, Sasha, Noel, Rose, everyone... The perfect curated group to make every aspect of our trip seamless. Food and drinks?...

"I really wanted to love this property because the location is beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We stayed here from June 16–23 with a group of seven. During our stay, our section of the property experienced repeated power outages while other areas of the hotel still had electricity. We also went two nights without hot water. We found insects in our room during our stay. I understand that this is a tropical destination and seeing an occasional bug is expected, but...

"Air conditioning was fantastic. The staff was amazing. The property was older so it could definitely benefit from a makeover but….. the bed was super comfy the pillows were comfy. Our shower head was clogged and they replaced it immediately. The view and beach was 10/10. For the price point it was amazing. "

"Came here for a wedding. The hotel itself is nice, but it's definitely not worth the price, especially considering how little is included with your stay. The food at Sea Cat Restaurant was decent, and the breakfast was okay, but there were several extra charges that really took away from the experience. The hotel shuttle costs $55 per person, each way, plus a 15% tax. For a family, that adds up incredibly fast. Paying $126.50 round trip for one person is excessive, especially when the hotel...

"We stayed on a beachfront room, but unfortunately, it was situated right in front of the bar. So early in the morning, you could hear the staff talking loudly and laughing. I think that in this type of properties, the staff should more quiet, and let the guests have a more quiet vacation. The same happened while having breakfast, the staff communicates with each other by talking loud at a distance, which should not be the case. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice, very clean, very well...

"Perfect"

"There is construction going on the 3rd floor and I was given a room right next to it. I booked to have a peaceful night stay before my flight in the morning and I was not able to get any rest. The room itself is clean. There was also some guy sleeping in the construction area/hallway which scared me as I was the only one on this floor and I heard movement in the night and saw him. The security talked to him but I’m not sure if he just lives there in the hallway? Didn’t feel safe as a solo woman....

"If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay."
