We were abruptly woken at 2:30am by a fire alarm and given inconsistent explanations (first an insect, later smoking). The lack of clear communication and reassurance left us feeling very unsettled, and we were unable to sleep for the rest of the night. Throughout our stay, service was poor and disorganised. We had issues with a broken hairdryer, delays in getting it replaced, and repeated...
