Comfortable but small room with good amenities-lovely garden view. Bistro breakfast excellent, as were the staff. Other staff a bit frosty, maybe busy, on Sunday. Better on Monday. Beautiful garden. What a lovely hotel. Very easy booking in/out, lovely food and a great bar area. The building is beautiful and very well maintained, rooms very spacious, comfortable and everything works as it should. Excellent rates, a winner all round. Well done to all the staff, an excellent, comfortable stay was had.

Close to many shops, restaurants, and Tunbridge Wells' train station. Excellent restaurant on site. Beautiful property/gardens. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I definitely would stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful and spacious. When we were there we ate both dinner and breakfast outside which was lovely, again looking over extensive grounds (although oddly the second tier of the garden below the main level was not well maintained at all) However the feel of the place was a bit chaotic and we heard a number of guests complaining about things which should have been easily remedied (tvs not right, AC not entirely working and so on) We had a lovely dinner but one of our servers made numerous errors eg coffee machines out of service by 9.30 pm and eventually our bill was incorrect and had to be redone. Overall a lovely stay but maybe management need to be more on top of things.

Great location in a beautiful character hotel. Amazing breakfast served in beautiful room overlooking the gardens. Would be lovely to return on a warm day to sit and enjoy the outside spaces. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Friendly staff too!

If you want a full service hotel with a small inn or B&B feel to it - Hotel du Vin is a great choice. The food in the Bistro was excellent and the service from the team in the bar is wonderful as well. Great location for walking to local restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend the Hotel du Vin.
