"The grounds as you approach are kept immaculate and on entering the reception area is large and inviting. Staff were wonderful and friendly and helpful and we had no problem parking. Our room was a good size but needed a little TLC. but not enough to put us off"

"We discussed this with our group, everything about the Inn has been the best so far. From checking in to checkout . The staff went out of their way to help, rooms and bed were very comfortable. Restaurant had a good selection and the food was above par. I would recommend the Speyside Inn to anyone coming to the Speyside area."

"The hotel is located in a convenient area. It seems to need some remodel love but appears to be getting some. There was roof maintenance outside of our room. There was instant hot water- a treat. There was a lovely river walk nearby and the petrol station half a block away had a washer/dryer for 24 hour service. Loved that. The beds were a bit springy but just for sleeping, linens were clean and the pillows were fluffy. The bar was nice, drinks were affordable and the food was above average...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight fault is that those working were extremely busy and so service was a bit slower. This is not unique to this hotel, we have found this in other places. Just a shortage of staff. But those there couldn't have done more to provide their service."

"This hotel is so delightful! It’s a family run operation and they were just the loveliest people. The hotel is close to the main drag, and has nice common areas that you can choose to gather in in the evenings and play board games or chat with other guests."

"There were a number of great activities in and around the hotel. However we found our room to be very unclean, the floor was dirty and the door frame had a brown substance on it. We were woken up by loud noises by staff from out the window. We didn't enjoy staying in the room."
