"We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening ."

The open air restaurant with its observation deck is a great place for birdwatching since there are feeders at the edge of the deck and the staff puts out fruit and seeds early when the birds are active. "Everything was very nice from the room to breakfast to the staff. The only one thing that could be improved is the entry/exit gate that needs manual opening. If you're leaving late, exit should be automatic, and the wait to trigger gate opening can be lengthy. I will definitely stay there again!"

"Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. I was not aware that the room did not have a/c or fan (but I did not read the details, I just assumed it did because of the pricing) the weather was not super hot this day so it was ok, but on a warmer day it definetly needs it, also no TV at least in our room, the bathroom had some leaking in the shower.
