I wish we had something to put our suitcases on such as a suitcase stand. The room was quiet from the inside, but our room faced the street and you hear the hustle and bustle of the city… Which we don’t mind too much the staff was great and I felt it was safe with our entry key. "

"The elevator was out of service for multiple days during our stay. We had to walk up six flights of stairs several times after already walking several miles around the city. We were late to dinner reservations on two occasions due to the delay. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff on the sixth floor were friendly and professional."
