"The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. "

"Jâavais rĂ©servĂ© deux nuits, jâai demandĂ© Ă hĂŽtels.com une modification du sĂ©jour pour supprimer une nuit, un conseiller mâa dit quâil allait essayer de faire le nĂ©cessaire au prĂšs de pierre et vacances. 48 h plus tard refus, en mâexpliquant que câest le logement qui a refusĂ©. Tampis ! Jâarrive au logement le samedi soir au lieu de vendredi. La personne a l accueil me dit je nâai eu aucune info de hĂŽtels.com. Et je n ai mĂȘme pas vos coordonnĂ©es ⊠bref premiĂšre et derniĂšre fois avec hĂŽtels.com je...

"Le mĂ©nage n Ă©tait pas fait Ă notre arrivĂ©e, l appartement sentait extrĂȘmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux Ă cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse.
Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hÎtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. "

"We saw no one from the hotel they left the key in the door . No internet and no towels .
Work is being done to the roof a crane was out side the balcony and if in the UK would not have passed a health and safety inspection . Children , elderly and disabled would have had problems in accessing the building due to construction ."

"Notre sĂ©jour de 13 jours a Ă©tĂ© vraiment top. le logement et le batiment sont vraiment excellent. Notre grosse dĂ©ception a Ă©tĂ© qu'il n'y a pas de femmes de mĂ©nage en dessous de 15 nuits de rĂ©servation. donc Ă 13 nuits, il faut se laver soit mĂȘme ses draps et serviettes. pour le reste, il y a un aspirateur. J'ai trouvĂ© que ce service au moins tous les 3 jours aurait validĂ© notre sĂ©jour comme parfait. A ce standing et tarif, c'est vraiment essentiel !
