"Le propriétaire m'a dit qu'il ne travaillait plus avec expedia alors que j'avais une réservation avec expedia et donc il ne m'avait pas réservé de chambre. Par conséquent il m'a logé dans une chambre de dépannage sans aucun confort (juste un matelas sur le sol).
