"Cedes was an absolute star at customer service"

"My experience was wonderful, great staff, free breakfast and clean facility"

"Clean room, staff was very helpful from finding food to getting a ride nearby."

"I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the front desk staff. The lady on night audit was fantastic but the young lady who worked in the evening would be pulled from the desk so much I was never able to buy snacks when I wanted. I guess I could’ve just taken them like I’m sure others have but after working in hotels as a manager for 10 years I chose to be ethical and leave this review instead."

"Whenever we are in St. Louis overnight this is our preferred hotel. Always clean, nice amenities, excellent location and a great breaakfast to get you get you up and going in the morning!"

"Beautiful accommodations! Helpful staff😊"

"I liked everything was convenient and thè property. It was very nice experience, had a great time."

"Quiet location close to activities. Excellent room."

"Water is not hot enough. I get it. You don’t want to be sued, but damn. That was almost chilly. I had to turn the heat on before I got in the shower because stepping out of the shower needed to be warm. Then! I got a bill for daily parking. There sure were too few spots there….no there weren’t. How did they know I parked there, they didn’t ask for a vehicle description. Shady. Parking. Kiss my behind. Parking. Clowns."

"Cool hotel!"

"Need good maintenance and clean. Carpet smells. Water getting clogged in the bathroom showertub."
