The room smelled like vomit, but there was no obvious reason why. They probably need to shampoo the carpets in that room. Also it was not very clean, there was a hair by the coffee maker and a hair on the sink. The front desk employees were very nice though.

I stayed here for a business trip for 3 days and got a great deal all considered with the cleanliness of the hotel, the upkeep, the 24/7 availability of coffee and the hotel front desk help were all very nice.The bed was so comfortable & the bathroom was in perfect shape. A microwave & a mini cooler is also helpful. I will be staying here again the next time I come into Maryland Heights.

Repeat Love of this Hotel

We absolutely LOVE stayinf at this location when we visit the St. Louis area. This is our 3rd stay here and love the staff, bed is super comfortable, and it is quiet. Breakfast is good, too!

This is my go-to spot to recover overnight or for a couple of nights after my MS infusions. They are super close to Missouri Baptist and St. Luke’s Hospitals! The rooms are nice but the beds are divine. They have an amazing hot breakfast in the mornings and a well stocked room with snacks and sodas if you’re too exhausted to stop anywhere.

The staff was very friendly. The room mostly was very nice and mostly taken care of. I would rate the majority of the stay as very good. But it was odd that it appears the place is taken care of exceptionally in the tasks that are routine like cleaning and breakfast. But the ancillary less important things are ignored. House plants everywhere were very dead to dying. My closet door was broken. The computer wasnt usable because it didnt have a mouse. And a few other things of small importance. But overall my stay was pleasant and i really enjoyed the comfortable mattress.

The rooms were clean and the area quiet, parking was easy but, the staff wasn’t friendly, they would just look at you and not greet you, we requested towels and never received any, but, the rooms were clean and that’s all I have to say about this spot.

Room was very clean but TV was hard to operate. Had to to use manual buttons on side of TV. Remote would not work. Also, key very hard to work on all doors...never could get key to work on side doors...had to use main entrance every time. Also hard to open room door!
