"Be Careful With This Hotel! I was charged $20 for two towels that I never had because the staff never left them in my room. Now, they are charging me for towels I never received. I have tried contacting the hotel three times to resolve this issue, but no one has helped me. Every time I call, they tell me the manager will call me back, but I have never received a call. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Be careful when staying at this hotel, because they may charge you for towels...

"All was great. Payton at front desk was great, room was clean.. great selection of pillows too."

"No hot water"

"Very clean. Air conditioner worked well. No shower amenities. Shower didn’t work all that well."

"They need to be a little more diligent on the room maintenance."

"Nice stay."

"I can't say enough about the Tropical Resort and Marina, The guy at check-in is always so nice and helpful, the cleaning staff is great, their property is always clean and attended, the pool is perfect. Like I said form check-in to check out is always just so easy. They usually have Live Music and Food Truck on the week-ends which is a plus. All in all 5 *"
