"The front desk was overwhelmed every time we went up there. Once we settled into our room we called from our personal phone to report that the TV and room phone didn't work. Absolutely NO one showed up to fix anything. That evening we walked to the front desk to try to report our room issues again and they were so busy that after waiting for a long time, we just walked out! On the second morning we tried calling again but couldn't reach anyone at the front desk at all. Later on in the afternoon of the second day of our stay we tried calling again and finally reached someone at the front desk, much to our surprise the maintenance man did show up to fix the TV. The cleanliness of the entire room left a lot to be desired. On our next visit to Santa Fe, we would prefer not to stay at this facility again, to honest."

"So nice having a restaurant in the building, that is also open late, and our sandwiches were huge and delicious. Very comfortable rooms, spacious. It's just weird to drive into the Discount Tire driveway to get to the hotel, but after the first time, we found it readily. Convenient to restaurants and Meow Wolf."

"An old-school gem on on the Santa Fe loop of Route 66, but with all modern updates. Charming bar and lobby with local live music acts and a food truck offering New Mexico classics like green-chili cheeseburgers and pastor tacos. The perfect spot to spend a night or two when on a roadtrip. Short drive to the Santa Fe Plaza and Canyon Rd. art galleries. A few very good restaurants within walking distance. The Pantry (literally next door) was great for breakfast. Take advantage of the pool -- but beware: in the summer there are too many kids in the hot tub and sauna."
