As mentioned in other reviews, it is a bit far from the main attractions, but it's nice and close to El Corte Ingles and a taxi spot. Getting to the main attractions is an easy and generally pleasant walk. Our studio was attractive, decently spacious, well appointed, well laid out and very clean. The bed was comfortable, plenty of storage, and we had great views of Sevilla rooftops.
