"​I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was consistently clean, and the breakfast was delicious every morning with plenty of coffee and juice. ​My room (Room 311) was well-maintained daily, but it was the small, thoughtful touches that really stood out. One day, I came back to find my washcloths and tissues folded into beautiful flowers. It absolutely made my day! I didn't get a chance to thank the housekeeper for Room 311 personally or leave her a tip for that specific gesture, but I want the management to know how much those little things go a long way for a guest. Truly a great experience!"

"This is one of the nicer resorts I have stayed at. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very attentive. The pool area and view of the ocean are spectacular."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Altitude Krystal Grand!! We did the Altitude upgrade ( highly recommend) and everything was outstanding. The staff, conceige, greeters, security, housekeeping, wait staff, bar tenders, entertainment crew ( Marco, Daniela, Luis, Juan, Estephanie, just to name a few ) Drinks were yummy and constantly flowing, good was great. But mostly it was the people that made this trip so fantastic. We met aome of the nicest people ( staff and guests), some who we now consder friends. I will say, we hadn't stayed at an all inclusive for many years as we usually do condo rentals, so weren't sure what to expect. Such a great choice. We will definitely be back.
