"We absolutely loved our stay at the Altitude Krystal Grand!! We did the Altitude upgrade ( highly recommend) and everything was outstanding. The staff, conceige, greeters, security, housekeeping, wait staff, bar tenders, entertainment crew ( Marco, Daniela, Luis, Juan, Estephanie, just to name a few ) Drinks were yummy and constantly flowing, good was great. But mostly it was the people that made this trip so fantastic. We met aome of the nicest people ( staff and guests), some who we now consder friends. I will say, we hadn't stayed at an all inclusive for many years as we usually do condo rentals, so weren't sure what to expect. Such a great choice. We will definitely be back. Mucho Gracias to everyone at the Krystal Grand. "

"We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 weeks. The rooms was spotless the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We were able to sit on the second floor swimming pool deck and watch the whales. The pool is small but still very refreshing. This is a very quiet hotel so relaxing. It is not far from all the activities you will want to do and see. We mainly took the public transit to many of our adventures. Shout out to BETTY! Betty is the receptionist and will help in any way possible with her beautiful smile. Thank you Betty for making our stay that much better"

"If only I can give 10 stars. My partner, daughter and I stayed at Maria Mar Suites for a week and we didn't want to leave. Everything was beautiful and peaceful. Our first day we passed a mama horse and her baby grazing on the hill leading up to the hotel. The ocean is across the street from the hotel (and just a short walk from our room) but we still had a clear view close enough to watch and record the whales as they swam by in the mornings. The manager Isaac was so welcoming and informative of the area. I went to Mexico for dental work and after a day of being at the dentist it was healing to spend the evenings there at the hotel and wake up being able to whale watch from our balcony while we sipped our coffee. We also had some great family time and conversations while we dipped our feet in the pool. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you again Isaac and all the staff at MariaMar. We hope to be back soon ♥️"
