The oven didn’t work when we arrived but it was dealt with very quickly and with great customer service….they replaced the oven with a new one very quickly and with a smile. Very very impressive. As a tourist, I know that sometimes things can break. But it’s the way that it is dealt with that matters. And the broken oven was dealt with so well I was very very happy. "

"Property is in a great location steps from Sliema sea front and in a fairly quiet side street, liked the fact the property is relatively small - so we had no noise-disturbances from neighbouring rooms. Rooftop pool is tiny (more a small splash pool) and there is not really much roof space to relax - just a few metal chairs and tables. (View is amazing though) our room 903 was compact but very comfortable- really liked that rooms had both keypad and card access - note you have to leave the key...

"Church bells are ringing at random times, adding to the spirit of this place, but I picture how one could be disappointed in the frequency of this „music”. Other than that - a nice place with somewhat challenging parking conditions (street parking), you get to test your driving skills in those narrow historic streets. Would go again."

"Paulous Valletta was an absolutely fantastic stay. We had the room on at the top with the balcony overlooking the harbour and our to sea. Highly, highly recommend! Comfy bed, great shower, little private kitchen (down some steep steps but if you're mobile absolutely fine). And the view from the balcony (with loungers) was great. Very well located, walking distance from everything and quiet at night. Thanks! Will come back :)"
