Het personeel is zo aardig geweest ervoor te zorgen dat de door ons vergeten elektrische tandenborstel is nagezonden naar ons thuisadres. "

Even though the location was on a restricted access (pedestrian only) street, the need to carry all belongings to/from was not that far/difficult. I enjoyed the experience in this tourist-y place."

"We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it.
