"In evening of arrival I wanted to hang out at bar and have a beer, watch a game, but was told to go in other lounging area very uninviting. The Wow, Dublin? "We stayed at The Lucan Spa two different days during our trip as we were driving through Ireland and it was not too far from the airport. "Close proximity to Dublin airport. great value for what was provided, well stocked gym, spacious room with a fridge! Towels, toiletries provided. Shuttle service to airport very convenient. Had a lovely meal in the onsite restaurant.Our only regret is instant coffee seems to be always provided! In Canada, we have coffee pots the room with pods of coffee that test so much better!"

"After a very disappointing experience at another hotel, where we left early after a horrible night, arriving here was a huge relief.
A special thank you to the incredibly friendly and helpful lady at the reception (unfortunately, I missed your name). I had accidentally booked a single room instead of one for two adults and one child, and she handled my mistake in such a calm, kind, and uncomplicated way that a potentially stressful situation became completely easy.

"My family and I stayed at the Green Isle Hotel during our vacation in Dublin. When making the reservation, the hotel stated that early check-in was available for an additional fee. We arrived at 7:30 a.m. after an overnight flight from the United States and were prepared to pay that fee. However, the front desk informed us that because we booked through a third party, our room (179) would not be available until 3:30 p.m.

"If you need a lot of room, the Jameson Suite was amazing. Watching the tide change was nice. The view was beautiful. A bit far from town for restaurants. They say you can walk there but you really can’t. Taxis are very good though and the wait was not long. Worth the travel though. Cute little town to visit close by."
