"Great staff and hospitality "

"Spacious room, big bed, very clean. Location perfect, easy to park for free around the hotel, 5 minutes walk to Mezquita, very nice view from the roof bar. Breakfast average, no fresh vegetables, not even a single tomato, average scramble eggs. Hotel has zero flexibility, so be careful when you book with non-refundable option; I wanted to postpone my stay in one week due to the terrible weather forecast but even if there were rooms available (which I checked before) I was told that the hotel is fully booked and they cannot do anything. I understand that I has chosen non refundable option, but anyways I felt disappointed. And if you will ask about late check-out they will ask you to pay. 2h = 20€. I travel a lot and this is first time when I've seen such strict behavior. "

"Hi hotel was ok but check in was very slow. Arrived at 3pm to check in with 16 people in a queue. One person on reception. Not ideal and poor first impression. Location is good. Close to train station and other sites and easy walk. Room was clean and bed comfy. "

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise for sure! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and even looking at my list of things to see and restaurants to visit, adding a couple of her own recommendations. The room was fantastic with a big comfy bed and a great shower. Parking was also not difgicult."
