"This hotel's main attribute is that its within a few steps of the Mosque Cathedral. While the hotel room was clean and staff helpful, overall it needs a major upgrade to make it more modern. It tool more than 5-10 minutes to get hot water. The hotel safe is only located at reception. The breakfast is expensive and offering poor quality items-powdered eggs, powdered milk at the expresso machine and poor quality bread. It would have been ok of the price were less. The staff were nice, helpful but I couldn't say warm. "

"We wanted a place near the Mosque/ Cathedral. This hotel is literally 20 feet away from it. Our room had a view of the tower. The lobby is decorated to resemble historically the Mosque/ Cathedral - very beautiful. Shops and restaurants right outside the door. Walk to the Ronan Bridge, Archaeological Museum, Alcazar. Beautiful room and bathroom. "

"rooms were small, some reception staff not particularly friendly, however the location was excellent, bed comfy and rooms quiet. Great to have parking, though scary to drive through pedestrian streets and into the car park which was very tight"
